On Tuesday 2nd November, Timerzero got up to find his grandmother had passed away; with whom he'd been living the past 10-12 years. He was particularly close to her and as such has been hard pressed to concentrate whilst they rally the family around to make the funeral arrangements, to organise what happens next and so forth.
We hope to resume normal service soon and we thank you for your patience and condolences.
And that is just terrible to lose a loved one, as someone had so well put it before we'll all be here waiting for you guys to get back. Take your time, we love this strip and await your steadfast return *hugg* My condolences
i deeply feel his loss. my mom, who i cared for for twelve years, passed suddenly two years ago. Even though she had been ailing for a long time (she was 89), i still wasn't prepared. Sudden loss is even more difficult to process. She loved you, you loved her. that is the bottom line.
take good care of yourselves. the comic can wait (although we will be hungrily waiting to "snap" up the next installment...is that a bandage?
I'm sorry if I sound narky but this comic was like chewing glass to get out and its a damn miracle it got published at all. We did this on three/four hours sleep at 11pm at night because we didn't want to leave people hanging.
So please, if you want to give your two cents on how we did it wrong, put yourself in our shoes, and give it a couple of weeks? Please?
Sadly, due to the internet, i don't think there is much you can do about the few above folks : / other then pressing the point that the comic isn't currently on your minds right now, and it shouldn't have to be.
we'll be waiting for y'all return, and i hope the sun starts shining through these gloomy days.
